Meet Shana

Shana Varnell is a licensed psychologist in the Counselors in Academic Residence (CARE) program. She provides confidential mental health support for graduate and professional students and partners with faculty and staff to support student well-being.

Shana uses positive psychology, strengths-based approaches and solution-focused therapy to help students build on their strengths, navigate challenges and work toward their goals.
