What to Expect
During your brief conversation, a counselor will ask about what’s bringing you to CMHC, what kind of support you’re looking for and some basic information, such as your EID and insurance status.
You don’t need to know which CMHC service you need before you call. We’ll help you figure out the next step.
If a CMHC appointment is recommended, let us know about any preferences that are important to you, such as a counselor’s clinical experience, areas of interest or other factors that may help us find the right fit.
