New Nutrition Workshop at CMHC - Spring 2021


Jennifer Barnoud, a registered dietitian, is offering virtual workshops on nutrition. Participants will learn evidence-based answers to nutrition-related questions and concerns commonly experienced by students.

Topics include:

  • Meal planning, Grocery shopping, & Cooking (1st & 3rd Thursdays at 3 PM)
  • Emotional Eating (2nd & 4th Thursdays at 3 PM)
