Nutrition Education Workshops are free, educational workshops facilitated by a UHS Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with University Health Services. These workshops are open to all currently enrolled UT Austin students. Scroll down to view the dates for each topic.
All nutrition sessions are weight inclusive. An emphasis will not be put on any weight loss diets or strategies. These workshops are primarily informational with brief group discussions about the skills.
To Register
Please sign up at least one day in advance for virtual workshops. The workshop facilitators will email you instructions for Zoom before the workshop including a link to a participant folder with additional handouts. Links to resources will be provided to those who attend in-person workshops.
