Deep Listening
First listen to close sounds, like your breath. Then listen for sounds that are slightly further away, like the hum of a fan. Then listen for even further sounds, like cars or airplanes. What do you notice while listening?
Sit tall in a chair. Lift your arms out to your sides with palms facing up, until they are parallel with your shoulders. Inhale and touch your shoulders with your fingertips. Exhale and bring your arms back out, stretching your palms open.
Utilize one of the Mindful Study Break Moments found on the mindfulUT website to take a break from working and practice being mindful. Options range from 30 seconds to 10 minutes.

Plan a Study Date
Trying to make time to connect with others can be challenging during exam season. Plan a study date with a friends/classmates so you can give each other support during this time while staying productive with your academics!
