    Journaling Outdoors
    Spend some time journaling outdoors. Write about how you feel in nature. Find a plant that stands out to you and write about what it would say if it could talk. You could even draw some of the scenery around you.
  • Monday
    Affirming Phrase
    As you inhale, say something you would like to manifest (EX: "I breathe in peace"). As you exhale, say something you would like to get rid of (EX: "I breathe out stress"). Repeat as necessary.
  • Tuesday
    Thank you Cards
    Take a few minutes today to write a little note to a friend, family member or loved one and let them know you're grateful for them and why. Feel free to write one for yourself also. What do you notice while writing these cards?
  • Wednesday
    Refresh yourself and cultivate happiness by following along with Liliana DeLeo's Ted Talk.
  • Thursday
    Cut out a tree trunk using construction paper. Cut out leaves, then write what you are grateful for and why on each one. Add these leaves to the tree to see all the things you are grateful for.
  • Friday
    Utilize one of the Mindful Eating Moments found on the mindfulUT website to practice being present while eating. Options range from 30 seconds to 10 minutes.
  • Saturday
    Go through Volunteer UT's database on GivePulse or their instagram to find a community service project to volunteer for with a group of friends.
