    Watch the Wildlife
    Spend time watching wildlife in your backyard, a local park, or on a hike. Once you spot something, spend time noticing the behavior of the animal.
  • Monday
    Gently repeat phrases that you wish for first yourself, then others.
    "May I/they be free from danger."
    "May I/they have mental happiness."
    "May I/they have ease of well-being."

    Mindfulness Meditation
    11 a.m. at BEL 22A. All are welcome, no experience necessary. Organized by the Center for Students in Recovery.

    Thank Your Body
    Take a few minutes to personally thank parts of your body for performing in whatever capacity each day. Thank your mind. Thank your heart. Thank your eyes. Thank your ears. Thank your tastebuds. Thank your lungs etc.
  • Wednesday
    Rainbow Walk
    Take a walk, and look for something red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Keep going through the colors, in order, until the end of your walk. How do you feel?
  • Thursday
    Begin by marking your paper with four dots in each corner, linking them together in a border. Draw freestyle lines, adding intricate designs and patterns, moving the tile around if you wish. What do you notice?
  • Friday
    Feeling some type of way? Dive into the Longhorn Wellness Center's curated playlists to settle yourself today, whether through practicing mindfulness or trying to relieve anxiety. Save the others for when you want to listen to them later!
  • Go through Volunteer UT's database on GivePulse or their instagram @VolunteerUT to find a community service project to volunteer for with a group of friends.
