Strategies for Stress Management
Stress happens. Some can be helpful. A lot can have damaging effects on our physical and emotional well-being. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how stress impacts us, benefits of stress management strategies and have opportunities to experience mindfulness-based stress management practices. This workshop is available in 30 or 50 minute increments.

Nature has powerful benefits on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. And we have many nature spots on campus that can support our well-being. In this fully experiential workshop, participants will be guided through a few different campus nature spots from the UT Nature Rx Map with opportunities to notice and connect. This workshop is available in 50 or 90 minute increments.
