In-Network Insurance Plans

We accept and are in-network with most major US-based insurance plans. Please refer to the insurance carrier name or larger provider network listed on your insurance card to confirm your provider network.

Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, ChampVA, Community Health Choice Marketplace plan, MAP, and plans with an out of country claims address cannot be used at UHS, so students with these plans will receive a discounted rate as if you had no insurance.

If we are not in-network with your insurance, we can file a courtesy claim with them. You will receive a discounted rate, either from UHS or your insurance company.

Students with an HMO or out-of-network plan, please read plan specific information in the I have insurance section of this link.
