Fall 2023

Start your evening by coming together with fellow members of the Kinsolving community to slow the pace of the day, recenter and ground with Get Kinetic.

Program Dates

Wednesday October 4, 11, 18 & November 1, 8, 15 from 5:30 to 6 p.m.

What is Get KINetic?

Get Kinetic started as an opportunity for residents of Kinsolving Residence Hall to increase physical activity, feel safe and save time by not having to travel to exercise classes in the evening. Physical activity and exercise are associated with improvement in stress and mood management, increased energy, better memory and concentration and greater sleep duration and quality.

What does our program include?

  • Free t-shirts
  • Free snacks and fruit-infused water
