From Counting Sheep to Healthy Sleep

A Peer Educator-Led
Nutrition Workshop

Synopsis: Frustrated by restless nights? Dozing off in class? Sleep deprivation can take a toll on your grades, relationhips, and overall mental health. Learn how to eliminate barriers to sleep with a few simple, effective techniques. This interactive workshop will teach you how to create a better sleep environment, make the most of your naps, and improve your health with natural, restful sleep.

Audience: This workshop works well for general audiences of all ages and both genders.

Minimums: This workshop requires at least 30 minutes. No minimum or maximum number of participants.
