Get Active, Get Involved

Being physically active is an important component of caring for one's body. However, getting started is often the hardest part. Many assume that being physical active means running on a treadmill or pumping iron in the weight room, but there are plenty of other ways to get the exercise you need. Physical activity can be more fun with friends to help encourage you. Below is a list of clubs, organizations, and other programs offered by UT Austin that can help you get active by getting involved. The list was compiled using the Student Activities registered student organizations database.
